 How long of a drive was it?

Favorite thing about the trip?
My favorite thing about Expo was winning intermediate showmanship and spending time with our show friends and family.
Do you have superstitions?
No we really don’t have any superstitions.
Favorite show shirt?
My favorite show shirt is all black with cheetah accents.
Favorite product used on your animal?
Our favorite product to use on our animals is Jimmy Juice. It gives them the show ready appearance!
 Favorite celebration restaurant?
My parents celebrated at 801 Chophouse in Des Moines, but I actually prefer dumplings at Cracker Barrel.
Who did you enjoy seeing the most at the show?
Our show friends circle from Indiana and across the country.
Favorite gas station food on a road trip:
My favorite snack from the gas station is usually Chex Mix.
Tell us a little bit about your champion:
From the day Amara walked into our barn we knew she was special. She has plenty of sass but we can handle that when she struts into the show ring like she's walking into a Miss America pageant.

What was your favorite thing about this stock show/trip?
Spending time with my family and making new friends. Another favorite moment of the trip was getting to show on the famous green carpet.
What was one thing you tried different with your project this year?
We spent more time taking long distance walks with our pigs to help improve their endurance and conditioning.
What is your favorite show product to use?
Champions Choice skin conditioner
What is your favorite brand of show jeans or show shoes?
My favorite brand of jeans to wear is Seven For All Mankind(dark denim) and my favorite shoes are Twisted X. However, most of the time my mom makes me show in boots.
On the way to the show I am...
Trying to sleep, when my sisters will allow it.
What is one last minute thing you do before entering the ring?
Double check my pig is clean and get any last minute instructions from my dad! |
