With this uncertainty of this year's show season, explain how excited were you to win your state fair/show?
Very exciting! I kept thinking it was going to get canceled and I wouldn’t be able to show there. I was so excited after I won my class and then after I won my division, I thought I really have a chance to set in the top spot at the American Royal! Nothing prepares you for the heart pounding moments before the judge picks your pig to win. I just give all the glory to God!
What was something new you tried this year since you were able to be home more often than normal?
WIth more time at home, I was able to do my chores, clean pens & walk pigs in the morning. I was even able to walk in the evenings and just spend more time in the barn with my pigs.
