With this uncertainty of this year's show season, explain how excited were you to win your state fair/show?
This was my first year eligible for the State Fair Junior show, so I was nervous and not sure what to expect.  The Wisconsin Livestock Expo surpassed all my expectations, and the Grand Drive was an experience I will never forget. Winning the Gilt show was one of the best experiences of my life.  It has been a goal of mine for a couple of years.

What was something new you tried this year since you were able to be home more often than normal?
Usually my parents help with training and breaking all the baby pigs, but this year my brother and I did it all.  It was all lot of fun spending all that extra time in the show barn this year.

What is your favorite show product to use?
I love coconut shampoo.  I'm not sure if it's any better than other shampoos, but it smells really good.

When I grow up I want to be....
I would really like to be a small and large animal veterinarian. Helping and working with animals is what I love to do.

Showing animals has helped me to develop......
I think showing has really developed my confidence.  I work really hard all summer to get my pigs ready for the show and when it all comes together if feels like I can accomplish anything.

What's your favorite Barn Chore:
I really enjoy walking and exercising my pigs.  We walk them in the morning and evening and it's just a really nice time to bond with them.

Who is the person you look to for advice right before you go in the ring for that last minute pep talk or pointer:
That's usually my Dad.  He is always helping me get my pigs to the ring and is usually talking the nervousness out of me and giving me some last minute instruction.

Favorite Celebration Restaurant after a good day at the show:
If I get to choose it's either Texas Roadhouse or Buffalo Wild Wings
