How did you get involved in the swine industry?
I began showing in 4-H at a young age and slowly started building a sow herd.
With this being one of the major shows of the summer, how rewarding was it to capture a win?
It was a win in itself to see our families able to exhibit their project they worked so hard on all Summer.
 With the pandemic, what struggles have you faced as a breeder and how do you think the show world will evolve with the problems we are facing?
We will become stronger and more united as a community working together for the kids of this growing industry.
What breeding decision are you most excited about for the next breeding/farrowing season?
We were thrilled with Nothing To Hide's success in the ring. We are excited to use his sons to make the next generation better. |
