What was your opinion of your champion as a baby?
I liked him very well when he was young was our lead off pig at the first Texas sale of the year ; the opener

Favorite sow? Why?
Jenna is my favorite sow bc she raised my first big barrow win for me as part owner with dad in 2020. My old fortune sow that is still around to this day still raising pigs at a high level.


At what age, do you ear notch babies? 
Day old

Growing up what did you think your occupation would be?
Raising Showpigs and farming was what I pretty much always thought I was going to do. When I was in high school I thought about being a teacher as well but decided against it

What have you changed in your operation over the years that has helped you succeed?
Just always trying to keep up with the trends of showpigs and the style that we are at and are going towards.

Favorite product you use in your operation:
Don’t really have a favorite so to say but Lindner is what’s used the most feed wise at our farm.

Who was someone who helped you get your foot in the door and get your operation started?
I am very thankful to my dad Scott Stauffer for letting me join and run the operation with him.

Someone that is very personable with you

What boar has had the most influence on your operation??
There has been a lot of influential boars over the years at our place but some of the stand outs have been monumental, fortune, dirty secret and cruel Intentions.
