What boar has had the most influence on your operation??
It’s amazing what one animal can do to change your life and Cruel Intentions was that first turning point, but it wouldn’t be right at this point to not say Next Intention. A boar that was the start of one of the best relationships we’ve had in this industry and has accomplished a feat that I really didn't know was possible as a sire. Without everyone involved there’s no way it could’ve been accomplished and its been an amazing ride to watch unfold. 

What was the first sow you ever owned?
We started with 7-10 of them in 2015 depending on how you count it.

Most memorable of those “originals” were…

*30-5 (Mr. Wolf x Springsteen bred by Rival.) Mother of Grand at Houston 17 and countless females.

*8-28 (No Hesitation x Sideshow Bob) Cruel's Grandmother that was being carried in a bred we had bought from Schley.

* “Pretty Woman” (Show Me Ur Swag x Springsteen bred by Rival) was Building Speeds grandmother and mother of the Res MW Div Cross Hou ‘17).

*”Wendy” (Wake Up x Sideshow Bob bred by The Stud) She made 11-33 out of Step One which is the grandmother to My Intention, Unashamed, Grand San Antonio 21, Grand Austin 22.

What equipment or product is used the most at your farm?
Lindner Pig Feed.

What's next for your showpig business? (Upcoming sales, exciting matings, future goals/expansions, etc)
What the Lord has planned.

Find someone (ag teacher, county agent, breeder) that you trust, that is successful, and do everything they tell you to do.
